Containerized Solar marine reverse osmosis RO seawater desalination plant for boat feature:
Desalination plant in insulated (20 or 40 ft) containers. Containerization includes all piping and fittings connected, all cables and wires connected to instrument and control cabinet. This is a “plug and play” desalination system supply.
The containerized SWRO plant will be mounted with one side door, one inlet/outlet (terminal point), one side door and floor drainage.
The container can be air cooled on request. The Air condition is a split-unit and the outdoor part will be placed next to the container.

1- Pipe line: seawater desalination plant Low pressure use UPVC pipe, High pressure use SS316L Corrosion resistance,To use less bend pipe, reducing pipe and valve.
2-To use hose which could reduce vibration and lower noise.
3-Control part: PLC and HMI Auto control. Press button start. Auto flushing when start and off. Like this way can prolong RO membrane lifetime.
